We were listening to the radio in the truck on the way home from picking up my fiance's Dad from work today, and there came on an article about a man from ... damn, I forget now. Anyway. He has 4 kids, ages 3, 6, 8 and 9. He's in jail now, because the police were called on him for putting Electric Shock collars on his kids; you know, the kinds intended for DOGS. And when asked why, he told the police, and I quote "Because I thought it was funny."

Now, he even admits this isn't the first time he's done it, and claims he "didn't see anything wrong with it" when he also informed the police how he loves to chase his 3 year old around the house, making him scream and cry out of fear of being shocked by the collar.

Some people should just be shot on sight for crap like this.

Thats aweful some people should not have kids if thats how they are going to treat them like that.Those collars should not even be aloud on dogs let alone kids.I feel so bad for the kids I wonder where the mother was?

I agree heather. What a ba*tard, I hope he rots in jail for the rest of his life. What a dispicable act of cruelty. Btw, how long did he go to jail for?

What I don't understand is why in some countries you need a license to keep dogs, but you don't when having children!

Some people should be sterilized, to clean up the gene pool a little...
