In the sims 2 the sims which are parent there not really parenting in there. There also no chores. Ima teenager but i think the sims 3 should be more realistic in this part. In the sims 2 you cant yell at kids or slap them or even ground them. I would like for there to be dicipline in the sims 3. I would like them to have a curfe. That they set a time to come in the house or they will get ground . I would like to yeell at kids if they do something wrong and slap them and ground them. What do u think?

I love that idea.. I think its been lacking in that sense of reality too.
I would love to see curfews for younger sims definately.
grounding and other punishments would be a nice addition too. add some drama and spice up the game.

no slaping kids!
there shouldn't be violence against children in a game that is supposed to be fun
some more dicipline might be nice but i personally prefer no disaplin then too much dicipline

yeah slapping and spanking would be overduing it
but the stuff i pointed out as being ok would be fun

Well, they said that sims now will be able to "think" before they do something wrong. For example, answering the door in the underwear won't be an easy task this time. I like the idea of discipline. Maybe grounding, cerfews, and "the corner" will work. Spankings could be realistic as well. If you hurt them too much, the social worker will come. It's more realistic then them showing up because your child was out playing in the snow and got cold.

i agree with everything but the spanking its to realistic
everything else sounds fun though.

Well this is my topic and the children and teenager fight in the sims 2 anyway so why not. In real life this does happen you get slaps for doing something wrong. If you dont like my topic dont respond

Anyway, I agree with everything Brianna said except about the slapping. I don't want that in the game. But everything else, sure! Smile

and brianna sorry for being so harsh but your attitude is really getting to me..i never see you say anything nice to someone your always bickering at them for not agreeing with you.
thats not what forums are about. forcing opinions on people isnt very nice.
try to be more open to others ideas it might help you come up with ways to improve your idea.
