rabbit holes
Maybe they can be a good thing. Articles say that you will be able to know what your sims are doing inside. It would be cool if you could make some decisions for them.

For example, they could have a low need to go the bathroom, you could click the moodlet for them to go, or a klepto sim could steal pens out of the offices.

Go on break, or go to lunch could be cool but all this should be as an option. I know not everyone is too interested in sims while at work.

Maybe rabbit holes are all funtional unless your sim works at that specific one. And it isn't accessable while they are working, but when they aren't, it will be.

I know they said they can get a part time job at the bookstore or bistro, and both these are said to be accessable, yet, you can't see your sims at work? Maybe rabbit holes aren't permamant or playable durring business hours.

Re: rabbit holes
Maybe for the one's that are normally accessible close down when your sim is working..i can see that..that definately would make sense.
but the rabbit holes that are nothing more than rabbit holes..im not so sure.and i agree i dont think they will be a bad thing at all as long as we can control some things they do.

i love the idea of choosing for them to have a break outside the rabbit hole and go out to lunch somewhere..
and getting them back on time would be some sort of challenge =]

I agree, there should be a pop-up telling them to get back to work. For example, they might have gone to a cafe for lunch or whatever, and then a pop up could come up and say "Better finish up that sandwich (something like that), (Your sims name here) has only got 1 hour to get back to work!" Of course because 1 hour is a minute in our life, so it would be a challenge for us but not so much for the sim... Hmm, maybe they'd make it 30 minutes in sim time, so we have 30 seconds to get them back. I think the cafe would have to be close to their work place though, otherwise they'd lose the job! Sad

Re: rabbit holes
Thanks guys. Love the suggestions, it would be very sweet to be able to have your sims do things on their breaks. I could see someone getting supplies for their babies first birthday. Then rushing back to work, only to find their pens gone Wink
