Do you think you'll still be here for TS3?

Oh, I do hope it will be. But...unfortunately, I feel that the more members we have, the greater chance there is of the forum going...bad.

But let's hope that doesn't happen.

it wont go bad. not with wonderful moderators like you!

also cause you're online almost every time i log on. with other forums moderators are hardly ever online.

Aww, shucks. Well, see...I can only do so much...but I'll definitely do my very best to keep the forums nice and friendly.

And good point about the other mods. I'm glad I'm so addicted, otherwise I may have ended up like one of those mods. What a horrid thought...

I noticed that some Mods are hardly ever online, and it's just like, what's the point? I don't know but... if someone puts their faith in you to be a mod and you don't do your job, then it's kind of a let down. :-\

But anyway, I have my faith in Bambi - she will keep it a happy place to be.

I still will be here, but when the Sims 3 comes out, I would be here less, cuz I will be too busy playing the game.  I think that everyone would be here a little less after the game comes out for the same reason I will.

Oh, I have no doubt I'll post a lot less when TS3 is released... for a little while. Maybe a week or two, so I can adjust to TS3 and explore it all I can. Then I will report back here and post as usual.

The fact that these forums are friendly is the main reason why I joined.  I was looking on these forums and I said, "These people are so nice."

Also all of you are excited about this game like I am.  I had other forums I joined, but they were mean, didn't have a lot of topics, and did not share the same excitement.  Here, we can talk about anything and not get an answer like, "I don't understand you.", "There is a thread like this....Thread closed.", or "This topic is stupid and it is too soon."

Well...often times I do have to say "there is a thread like this...Thread closed," but the fact of the matter is that those times are so rare it doesn't seem like I ever have to do such.

But you're right. We really did get lucky with this forum, didn't we?

Aww, that's lovely to here, and I totally agree! I signed up too early to work out if people are mean or not, I didn't even look, I just joined. But then I dissappeared for a week, I was very busy at the time. But then I came back and I was looking at all the threads trying to work out whether to come back and start posting or not. And I just thought the same as you - nobody was being shunned away, everyone was getting friendly replies and there were some absolutely genius ideas buzzing around, I couldn't resist in coming back and joining in, and I'm so glad I did! And I agree, I don't feel stupid for getting excited so early now, because people here are just the same. It's great here, everyone appreciates and looks into what other people have to say, and nobody is mean about what you have to say, even if they don't like the idea.

Yeah, this forum did get really lucky, especially since the game comes out next year, and there isn't a lot of info on the game.  But this is what happens when dedicated and excited fans come to the same place.

I also agree with Cassie, I also do not feel like the only one that is super excited about this game.
