Radio Music?

What would you think if they actually put real artist's music on the radio? Like Avril Lavigne?

Personally, I hate the idea. Not everybody likes the same kinda of music, and in 4 years, Avril Lavigne is going to be old news and there's going to be some new band called Street Talk or something. It would be like having a band from 2001 on the sims 2 radios when we played.

The custom radio station idea is kinda cool, (they have that in Freetime).

Real artists have already been in game... but do you mean Avril's original song where she sings in English or her singing in Simlish?

Sorry, I've never bothered with Freetime so I wouldn't really know.  {closedeyes}

There are TONS of real artists in the game. But all their songs are recorded in Simlish. Plus there are lots of different types of music for you to choose from, so no one is forced to listen to anything.

Although, does anyone know how you can change music while you're in a store? This one store that I liked my sims to go to somehow ended up stuck on playing metal and I couldn't stand listening to it.

Are you using the wall stereos? Each color represents a different station that will continuously play that same station. Pick a different color if you want to listen to something else.

Yeah, it's true. 
I made the same mistake except my store had classical music 24/7. I nearly fell out of my chair when I finally found out.

Part of that idea i like i think u should be able to have sims singers and actors and rappers. Real life singers i wouldnt like. Avril lavigne is not really famous im not trying to be racist but im black and im not soo muich into the music even though i love her song girlfriend. Teenagers should try out to be sngs or anything and for adults they  should have job like that
