You have to post the link to where you download him, not just the picture.

Create your sim in TS2, and upload it to TS2 website. Then, give the link here or in the SimsSelves exchange.

Get one of these:

Go into Sims Body Shop, and click on your sim and click package to file and click to Desktop, and then just on your 4shared you click browse, click on that file, and upload it.
