Those books are huge. I'm not surprised he's lost track to some extent (although this does seem a bit worrying). They've done a good job of making a fun TV programme out of the stories so far. Let's hope they don't lose the plot as well as deviate from it. Up to now I've really loved the fact that I have no idea what happens next. I've had some serious shocks as a result! I enjoyed reviewing Joffrey's wedding at the weekend.

My efforts to avoid spoilers have been extreme. At least now I'll be on the same page as everyone else, as things drift a little bit from the books. Can't wait for the next series to commence!
