Goths for TS4

Alrighty, so The Goths look like they may make a return in TS4.




This is good - I can say something positive! I think they look OK. Bella's looking good even with the plasticine hair.

Why have they made Mortimer Goth look like Oswald Mosley?

I wonder if the TS4 sims will look like this in-game. You know how in TS3 the sims sometimes look really good in CAS but then in-game they don't look as nice somehow. (This is not me wavering on buying it, I'm just interested.)

Bella does look very sassy. She looks brilliant!

We're also supposedly getting a new video featuring them on Wednesday, but I'd imagine it just being a small teaser.

It used to be fascists would boast if they were in charge the trains would always run on time, but appears they've downsized now to buses!

I think they picked a logo to appeal to today's so-called goth kids. Marilyn Mansun used to use the lightning one back in his "Antichrist Superstar" days when he first got popular, & buses are full of their sort with MM hoodies that last saw a wash the day before it left the factory.

Another reason I prefer trains. You never get goths on trains, haven't you noticed?

Depends which trains you get. Most of the goths I see look very clean and I quite like their style. I always wished I had black hair. I think the ones Minty encounters might just be a bunch of scheemies that happen to be wearing black!

I am waiting patiently for this alleged TS4 Goths video.

Right now Sims Domination is kinda spoiling the video. I seriously annoyed right now at EA's marketing system, it's unfair that some random simmer gets the news first, because they have a life that consists of making YouTube videos for the sims. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to be a Yib Sim, but being honest, the system is seriously unfair to people who may put in more work to the community than some of the people who get invited to these events.

Oh I see. Yes that is very annoying. People were so excited in their anticipation for this and now one person gets to see it early while everyone else waits? Did Sims Domination actually get the video from EA specifically or was it leaked to them and they shouldn't really have it? Very disappointing either way.

Edit: seems that some of the information is now being retracted anyway.

I admit I'm just lost now. I don't understand what they're saying - that CAS isn't in the video but they told people that it was? I guess I'll just wait for the official video later today. I didn't care much in the beginning but now I care even less.

Apparently they saw it after EA Russia uploaded it, before either privatizing it or deleting it. Nonetheless I still stand by what I said.

Well that was a delightful display of incompetence by EA Russia then, wasn't it.

Edit: the CAS video has now been released by EA and, since it isn't exclusively about the Goths, I have given it a new thread over yonder.
