Research Project
I'm currently at college considering to do a research project into how people choose to play The Sims. With the new release of Sims 4 I believed it would be a good time to ask people to participate whilst the enthusiasm is refreshed. I haven't quite figured out which factors I want to look at in depth so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about the type of questions I should ask on a survey?
I want to study the differences between game-play choices and real life choices, and see whether there's a pattern. Of course there will be many factors which contribute to these differences, such as personal experiences and individual characteristics, but I want to see whether people from certain social groups play the Sims in their own distinctive way. For example, do men play the Sims differently to women? If I get a good response from this post, I will be posting a link to my final survey to this forum so if you want to take part then please keep an eye out. Thank you for your time and I hope you have some insight for me. |
