Sims 3 Construction Process?????????

I've read almost every Sims 3 article there is, and in some of them, it says that there will be a construction process ???  What do you think this could mean    ??? ? ? ? ?

It might take a day or so to make a building because the might actually have construction workers??
Show us the scan. EWW that would suck if I had to remove or build a small wall in my house!
Then sweaty guys in a tacky yellow shade would come and it'd take about a day. I hope that this is only for community lots...

I like this idea. With the seamless neighborhood, it'll be cool to see buildings actually being constructed instead of *poof*! New house!

I doubt it would be for minor things. However that certainly would be a way for sims to employ their newfound long term planning skills. I think that at first it might be a shock for me to have to wait for things to construct themselves, but after a while it would become normal.

I think its for houses that you're not playing like in that screenshot where it has the houses and places that look under construction?? i think you see the houses you're not building and playing progressing and then see the sims move in etc..

i hope IT IS just houses that you're not playing, cause it would suck if it was houses you WERE playing.

i think it HAS been confirmed though, remember that painting from FreeTime? it has wall frames (or whatever you call them.)

the painting from freetime had a house in the corner that was under construction processes. they wouldn't have put that in if it wasn't confirmed.

(sorry if i wasn't clear, my mind just wanders off and makes me type in everything that comes into my head.)
