interactions
Instead of fixed interaction (like Talk or Joke), the options are filtered on your current Mood or your Traits.
: k thats not new info but it didnt really click with me the first time i read it.So what do you think they mean by this exactly?? im hoping that instead of choosing talk..and then chat to have sims have conversations..that there a certain types of topics..other than interests.. like talking about whats new in their lives...or something anyone have any ideas? or thoughts on what the possibilities could be ![]() Oh and i wasnt sure if this should be general or in the ideas section so sorry if its in the wrong place. :-\ |

Re: interactions
It pretty much means what it says. Sims will now carry on their conversations based on their moods (really happy, they will engage more and perhaps their relationship score will be higher. Bad mood? They'll be less interested or perhaps the conversation will turn negative and there may be options to fight or walk away etc giving you a negative relationship score)

Re: interactions
Traits will most likely sculpt a convo too.
For example, if your sims are gossiping, one that has a socialite or conversationalist trait may get more out of it then one who is easily bored or shy. If they speak outdoors or something of nature, I'm sure the outdoors person will bene more or may think the world of the convo they just had. Gossiping about the death of someone, or something horrible will be more bene towards and evil traited sim then one who is over emotional and good. They may think the same death is horrible. Re: interactions
I feel your pain! We wouldn't be half as curious if we were to get updates and clear explanations
![]() But, guess all we can do is wait. I just concluded that all in my head, there's a huge chance it won't work out that way lol. Re: interactions
Well, it certainly means there'll be plenty more interactions, right? I was sick of the same interactions over and over, but this way, there'll be a different option for every Sim, surely. This is what I wanted, for Sims to be unique. They could have a variety of different reactions to interactions rather than just a bad reaction and a good one. Ones that give you all different scores.

Re: interactions
yeah im really happy that it varies sim by sim thats just about the only thing other than their mood affecting what they can do that i understand about it
im hoping they go into more detail about it at some point though cause im rather confused. |

Re: interactions
Everything always sounds confusing at first, I agree. But we'll learn more about it eventually. And even if we don't, you'll get used to it when you play the game, I'm sure they wouldn't make it that confuzzling.
