Homes
Ok first i would like different types of homes. Example apartment, condos, townhouse, ranch houses, city house and multi level house. Now we already have houses and townhouses. I would like that and espacially apartments and condos. It would be poppin if u had alot of tall and big apartment buildinngs and then had mini condos. Apartment should have people working in the front desk when u enter to get mail and everything. It would be cool if u have a number on ur apartment and condo and u take elevators and stairs. The apartment should have porches and everything.
Now condos i live in queens, ny born and raised in brooklyn but when i go to brooklyn my cousin has a condo and it has a liitle back yard. I hope thewre will be condos where its spacious and not alot of people live in there. What do u think? |

Re: Homes
Apartments are coming in the next EP for TS2 so hopefully we get it in TS3.
Everything else I totally agree with. March 17, 2008 - September 7, 2008

Re: Homes
I'm just wondering
, but with this whole seamless neighbor hood, will it be even more important to lock your doors when you leave the house? It wasn't really important in TS2, since it only kept out that crazy you guy you end up spying on when you use the telescope during the day and random animals.

Re: Homes
Yea, I think it would be nice if sims could have some sort of security. Although, imagine how often you'd forget to direct your sim to lock the door.
As far as the different types of buildings, to a large extent you can create whatever type of building you want. |

Re: Homes
Good idea. It would bring diversity to the game and you could build a really urban neighbourhood. Now that would tickle my tastebuds. Love the idea. I'm just picturing my Sims living in - like Soho or Shorditch or Whitechapel - in central London. Yay!
On the other hand ~ I only hope London house prices will never invade the Sims world. Ewww. That'd take all the fun out of the game. Imagine your poor Sim working two fulltime jobs so he or she can afford to pay a hot 1200 pounds each month for a huge 20 squaremeter stunning studio flat, in groundbraking (indeed) condition, situated lovely right at the peaceful junction of three main roads, with bright view on the ruins of a former pub...And some junkies nextdoors...And a lovely landlord who wants more money next month or you can look for new quarters... Ach, I don't know if I really want my Sims to live THAT Urban. lol I'll keep my hoods in a nostalgic small town look, like Bath, and keep my Sims happy {yes} -LadyAnnabell loves her Sims Cross the wounded Galaxies |

Re: Homes
You will probably be able to create any type of homes now. you can design almost anything!
But it would be nice to have "official" types of homes. ![]() |
