Ha, this reminded me of when I had problems with Sim City Socities. It took them forever to respond to tech support. I can't even begin to tell you how many people I yelled at and complained too. Don't get me started.

EA has totally gone down the drain customer support wise. Perhaps I should apply when I can to clean up the customer support and community relations departments. Then again, you can't pay someone enough to clean those departments up!
