Sorry for not replying quicker.

Once you complete the story, the game is basically useless.
You can't add new lots to the neighbourhood.
You have more sims in the bin than there are homes for.
There are a lot of useless Com lots that you can do nothing with.
You get a lot of visitors that do nothing but pick your fruit and throw rubbish on the ground.

On the upside, the water looks great. Picking fruit off the trees to eat was handy. 
And it was fun while playing the game. But once the story was finished it got boring fast.

We got the same fruit trees in one EP, but they don't provide fruit in sims.

Can you not make another neighbourhood/island?
