Release Date

I know it may be a bit too early, but when do you think The Sims 3 will be released?  I think between April 2009-September 2009.  I think it will most likely be in September, like The Sims 2 was released.

Well, if they keep with the trend, it'll be in September. I don't know if I could wait that long, though. Over a year without Sims 3, or new EPs?

Well, I did hear rumors about a new EP on the way, plus Kitchen and Bath is coming (which I am thrilled for.)  It also gives those Simmers who are going out to buy The Sims 3 the day it comes out, to play The Sims 2 for a year.

1)Some people said, that Sims 3 is coming next year. Around March 2009.
2)But other people say it is coming this year, in September. So, keep hoping it is the second option!

To me that seems like far out dates. I think it might come out this September. Say maybe the 12th or 19th.

On the one hand, that they're just releasing information about this NOW is shows that it might be pushed back... But on the other, I believe it has been in developement since... 2006? I think I read that somewhere.

If they do something like with TS1, then we may have to wait until the end of '08, beginning of '09, provided there are no further expansion packs. TS2 was released almost a year after Makin' Magic came out...

I've been hearing that its going to come out April 2009. I don't know tho, so I guess we'll probablly have to wait! Which sucks...
