It is a program to modify sims and everything. It really is neat.

SimPE is amazing, yet so many people seem not to know about it. I do have it on my other computer, but as I don't do that much 'modding', it's not really as much use to me. Bt you can do funny little things on it. You can change the mind of your Sim. For example, you could have a baby. But then, in SimPE, you can change their age group to adult, but it will still be in a baby's body. You seriously don't want to know what I've done with this, haha...
