I can't believe you'd leave just because it is a fansite... if it is Sims 3 that you love, who cares if it official or not! They probably won't start an official one for ages. You could have just stayed until they got the OF going but, hey, each to their own I guess...

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion. Some people just don't like being on a fan forum as opposed to an official forum. It may not make sense to some people, but as Cassie said, to each their own.

True, though what I was saying is... why delete it? It isn't necessary. And also, they could have just hopped back on every once in a while. We have just as greater ideas here as an official forum. But yes, as I said, each to their own. {yes}

They delete it so they can free up space/usernames. It wouldn't be fair if a bunch of popular usernames were taken by people who know they'll never return.
