Hey Brad, I think I may just make a bag lady to accompany your hobo!

Ill make her live in the park and feed the birds (if we have them)

I'm thinking about creating a story where she was once privlaged and married to a mayor and things went bad between them and now she refuses to live under the law.

Perhaps she will have a beautiful daughter that comes to see her from time to time but Ethel refuses to let her daughter take her in.
