Any suggestions?

I wannna download Oepu's maxis match skins and the default replacements of those, but since i'm on dialup, (Cause I used the braodband upd ownloading things) it's gone all weird and I can't download files bigger than 1 megabyte or the thing'll "time out" and the file inside it will be broken.

Any suggestions? cause I need both of those exact things, so I can do a stroy of Don Lothario and Cassandra's wedding/honeymoon.

Please help!
