Yay! Eye colors! Perhaps something like Adobe photoshop has with their colors would work nice for our eye palette. Except, they need to label the colors. I can't tell what color is what!

Of everything that was mentioned, I think my favorite features for TS3 are the Adjustable eye/skin slider bars.
