I recommend gettinga heat/cold pack,trust me they work wonders!
Also take some medications(Tyneol) before you go to bed,it'll relieve your pain when you got to sleep.
My school is tomorrow(it started like 2 wks ago) and they changed my schedule like 4 times,it was so annoying!
Plus I'm in High School! Your LUCKKY.
Sometimes working out(like walking) will help you big time!
