No more townies?

So,with the new seamless neighborhood and everyone has a place in the town...?I'm sorry I just don't know how to ask but,um ok...so we have sims in this seamless neighborhood.Each sim in the neigborhood is there and they each have a home and that's the reason for your sim asking for there contacts.Will there be anymore random sims? ??? I know just please walk me threw this.

i hate townies, theyre so stupid and annoying! they eat my food, dirty my bathroom, hog the couch and kitchen...

In the sims everybody is equal except for the family you'
are playing because you get to control them so every sim
except npc's are playable and every sim has a home
every sim will now be playable 
if you're not playing a family they will roam the town
communicate marry give birth get pregnant  etc:
so technically if you start a family and have them on free-will
they will do around the same as everyone in the neighborhood
So.... to answer you're question there are no townies every sim
u can play from the beginning

im not sure i would like my sims continuing with life while i was playing another family. {no} im the kind of person that needs full control over my sims; i never have free will on.

sorta same here.
I wanna be able to know what my sims are doing.
I want to leave them and then next thing I know they're married and has 2 kids!

It's like me being frozen for 20 years. When I wake up I find out that there is mini cars,and very portable laptops.
It'd fee weird.
