If you're a good parent, you get to pick your traits, if you're a bad parent the traits get applied, and they're generally something you wouldn't necessarily want... So there's definitely some strategic gameplay there.

That is very interesting when I read that in the interview, it goes back to what you were discussing about Suggie about what will happen if you do not raise your children properly.  {lol}

{lol}  It sure did say what I was saying...

But it's common sense.  Good parents, in real life, if you think about it, choose more of the child's traits...A parent that works with his child studying may get a good studier, then a child who is taught not to bully will end up not being a bully.

Then with the bad parents...children copy their parents...and in TS3, another reason why you can't pick traits as a bad parent is because...your child picks up things on the streets.  He or she is gonna imitate the world around them.

I know!  I can't wait either.  I wonder can we travel to this other neighborhood, like visiting another town?  And time passes the same in both n-hoods.

I'm pretty sure it will be
I mean if you think about it, you may not want your one family over populating that same hood. You could spread them out and have them visit relatives.

And cheating will be a lot easier too possibly. I hope the layout is different as well as the townspeople which I'm sure is a given.

I think I heard that each ep will ship with a new hood and we can travel between all.

I would hate to have a sim work all the way in another town show up late everyday
Maybe that teleportation device will be more useful then wed imagined.

Re: New Interview!!! 12/5/08
Yeah, cheating will be so much easier, especially if you go out of town.

Imagine that you have a family, that seems like the perfect family, and the husband has a second family in another neighborhood, and they seem like the perfect family, and the women are both unaware that their man has another family.

Then it allows for you to have so many more sims, but I wonder if they both run at the same time.

If you think about it, with more EPs, and all the towns running at the same time, it may cause the game to lag, or it may not...idk...
