Here is this article or whatever talking about the pokecommunity--a forum.  Like they are so strict, but do you see where they need a rule on?  Look at the siggys that would be on there.  This website really points them out.

Sometimes, I don't know if some of these people have problems, or just being stupid.

Poor kitten...I wonder if that probably homicidal person did something to the poor thing?  Most likely, it's stupidness.
