Exactly. People believe anything that comes up on the internet. the few sensible people on the BBS are trying to make people understand that not everything is truth!

Yup. Until I hear Ben Bell stuttering it out on an interview, I will believe it.

EA never updates us with anything.

Um...The um...Sims 3 has..um..been...d-d...um...delayed.

(I have never seen a person use um so many times in my life.  I bet he trys to catch himself now, after all the people that been talking about him.  He probably driven himself crazy watching his own interview)

And you're right...EA does not update us.  That's why they did that creator's camp, so other people from fansites can give us all the info...and they thought that should shut us up till the release or very close to it.  It should...that was a lot of news...but they NEED to really update us themselves sometimes.  Not once in a blue moon.

Like PLEASE talk to the Sims 3 community about this rumor that has been going on and the mix-up.  If they really watch the forums so much...and the BBS.  Why don't they clear up the release date chaos?  The Maxoids even replied to a topic talking about how cute Ben and Grant are...and they said, "We will tell them all you said."  (Which they probably didn't...plus, they know) {lol}

I personally think someone created this rumor just to start controversy amongest the sims community or for the fun of it. Again, Like everyone else here says. EA would let us know, but don't worry people the game will still be here on Feb. 20th or a couple days after depending on the store you buy it from.

i promise when i graduate in PR that i'll get a job at EA and that i'll tell them to get better at it. 'cause this confusion and rumours do the company not a lot of good, if u add that to securom then u got a really bad thing
