Anyways, is your laptop a HP laptop by any chance? Or does it have the HP Help Center on it? If you do, then I believe the shortcut for the Help Center is 'Control + Shift + C', so you'll have the to change the shortcut in the properties window. Then the cheat box should work in TS2.
