The cherry scented ones do,but regular sharpies smell so gross it makes me sick.

I think they are supposed to smell bad so people won't snuff them.

The scent of paint gives me a headache. I know I sniffed highlighters because I was bored in middle school. I stopped doing it once I got into high school.
