No, I mean I make them with blond hair in CAS, and then change their hair to be red in the mirror, then their kids have red hair XD

That's why. If I make a sim in cas with black hair then in the mirror she dies her hair all Blonde
and her husband has brown hair then there's a chance the kids will come out with Blonde hair. I think EA did this since some people may have REALLY UGLY hair like Bebe hart she's a looker but she has a mix of her parents color so it's all weird

Yeah, as said before, they programmed the game like that. There was an experiment on at @ MATY.

Summary; She's a bit of an Hermione character. I noticed Cheese's character was a bit like Luna, so I just went with the Hermione vibe. ;P  I made her unflirty because Brad's Sim was the complete opposite of that and I wanted to see how that turned out. XP

PS; She includes CC so I hope that works in your game. Probably wont but may as well try. ;P
PPS; When I was making her outfits I forgot that she was a Hermione-type Sim so her wardrobe doesn't really fit. Feel free to change it.
