Have you tried googling it?  I know there used to be a site called 'The 7 Deadly Sims" and they had all KINDS of downloads, including Clothes if I recall.  I used to LOVE that site.

The sims resource is probably the first website you should go to for clothes and what not, since there are still creators for TS1 active there. ^_^
