What happend to the Build a nhood tool they promised?

Remember how they said a few weeks from launch they would put out a tool to make neigbourhoods? well what happend to that?

It should really have come out by now... it's been almost 3 months.

I was somewhat disappointed on how they already have an expansion pack coming but no sign of an nhood tool... {huh}

Well, They said several months after release which should be 3-4 months and its barely 3 Let's hope it comes out soon

I don't remember them ever saying it would be more than 3 months tbh, but what can you expect from EA. I'll suck at Nhoods anyway, so I'm not too fussed.

EA never keeps their promises.  And if they do, it's never what you expected.  Which in turn makes you even more mad than if they didn't do it at all!

I was not expecting them to keep this one. And so far they haven't dissappointed me.  {lol}

As for not being able to make good hoods by yourself. The good part about that is people who can make good ones would share them with the community.  {yes}
