Goodbye Will Wright!
Will Wright is no longer working on the sims...  :'(
This topic is celebrating his work. Tell your favorite things about TS1 and TS2 here...
Or just say you're sad. It's your call.

Tick tock. Tick tock.<br />Only so long before my head explodes in anticipation of TS3. Big Grin

Re: Goodbye Will Wright!
Will is too busy working on Spore right now to probably consintrate on the Sims triquel. At least the new team is working hard to try to live up to him.  Smile I think it'll still be good.

Re: Goodbye Will Wright!
TS3 looks like the same old Sims theme, I don't think the Sim creators will ruin it. It looks great already, and they've got everyone psyched up---especially me. I doubt TS3 will be a huge disappointment. It will be better than they make it, I'm sure. Good-bye Will Wright, thanks for making the best game ever invented!

Re: Goodbye Will Wright!
Will Wright as a creator for the sims always wanted sims to be able to do things that we as people do basic things like flushing the toilet and mopping up the floor so his vision with sims was to make these virtual people who were like us.But I never really liked the fact that he made the game realistic but then placed fantasy in them.So with the new developers there making the game what I wanted a world that's more realitic and then I like how there new engine allows you to make our sims even more realistic and they'll even rely on us more like our own little world of people. Re: Goodbye Will Wright!
The graphics for TS3 look much better than TS2, especially in CAS.

Yeah, I agree.

I was a bit apprehensive when they announced TS2, afraid they'd ruin the game... But it came out and I think it's 1000x better than its prequel.

I have faith they won't disappoint us. After all, they know what we, the costumers, enjoy... What we'd like to improve, etc...

It can only be better.

And, THANK YOU so much Mr. Wright; I think we all here owe you a lot.
