Dumb Question

I have Bon Voyage and I have made a few hotels... Anyway, you can build them without a cheat:
1. Create a lot and make either a residential or community lot.
2. Bring up the cheat box. (Shift+Control+C)
3. Type in: changelotzoning hotel
4. Hit enter.
5. Save your game, exit to the neighborhood, and click on the lot and where it says what type of lot zoning it is, it should now say 'Lodging'.
