I think it should be the sim who shares the household, since they would be the one helping out (and not this Calvin fella who seems to not be as involved).

Plus, if Calvin loves Sue so much maybe he should just steal her away and declare his love in an exaggerated simish type of way. {lol}

I agree I think that Joe would be the one to get the time off because he is married to Sue and they live together, but I think Joe should leave if she cheated on him, considering two sims have to be in love before they have a baby, and that considering she would be in love with Calvin. So Joe would tell pack her bags and leave, and since Calvin lives next door she won't have to go far, along with the baby.

I cannot wait to try this out myself just to see how the outcome will be.
