i don't think your hair is long enough for a hairstraightener. but how about gel...lots and lots of gel...like that malfroy kid in the first couple of movies...i'm just kidding ya know. u don't live in the same type of climate as mine so i can't really help.

hot oil treatment.
You can go out and get it done at a salon, or you could just drive up to Walmart and buy it to do it yourself. More than likely in the hair product area :B I don't have any experience with it, but a friend of mine has burnt/frizzy hair and she uses it. A lot of the African American's with soft hair use hot oil treatments, considering how they're hair usually is. . . well, however it is.
