Re: Older players
There's nothing to be embarassed about. I play, I tell people about what goes on in my game, and I'm dang proud of what I've accomplished in the past two years. I've even printed some of my better screencaps and showed them off. I'm having fun and I want the world to know it and have fun, too.  Smile

Re: Older players
I am 22 years old and still play. There are some people I don't tell them about the sims but for the most part I tell people. Like some said when Im playing and a friend calls I can't focus on them.

I play the game no matter how old I am.I used to enjoy RPG fighting games and I picked this game up and this is all I play. ;D

Re: Older players
I find no shame or embarrassment in playing the sims.  I think it helps you with your life because it is so realistic and in the game itself you have organize your sim's life.  You shouldn't be ashamed with something you like to do.  All my friends have the Sims, and we usually have our status on myspace saying "Lori...is playing the sims."

Re: Older players
I'm 28 and I've played for a few years now. I don't tell my friends details about my sims, but they know I play and enjoy the game. I don't mind people knowing that I play.
