Maybe it depends on how quickly you signed up? Did you sign up on the very first day the offer came about?
I know it seems stupid but I'm just looking for logical explanations.

I signed up multiple days. I think I signed up more then five now that I think about it. I think the first time I signed up was the first day, yes.

Well, seeing as so many people have not recieved their e-mail, at least you know you aren't alone. Plus, you didn't miss out on anything, the e-mail was poor. I just hope everyone gets their e-mail next time, or that's just not fair.

I just hope you guys who didn't recieve one get the next too! Because it's still unfair that anyone should mss out, even if it is on a website two minutes after. I know I wouldn't be too happy.
