On the link I provided there is a post allll the way at the bottom by someone called "AAB91603" and they said this; "Here's my problem....AztecGodess has only been a member for one day, and doesn't even have their sims 2 FT registered...."
After reading all the posts from above I have to agree it does look fake, but it's a big late to be pulling off April Fools jokes :/
EDIT: Also...Snootysims says "in most of the recent FreeTime boxes"
Conclusion: Leaflet is almost 100% fake, why would EA put the leaflet in some and not others, not really fair.
EDIT2: I think we may have found where our little friend got half the leaflet from; http://i.walmart.com/i/rb/4053.pdf

Well, it doesn't mean that there's definitely going to be no Apartment Life EP, it just means some people need to find something more stimulating with there time instead of making stupid fake leaflets. Oh dear.

It's definitely not. Besides, the crease is on the left side...in order to fold it the way EA does it, the coupon would be on the front. That doesn't make sense...you'd think EA would put the crease on the right, making the announcement the front page.
