Oh lol but you guys got off-topic on the wrong topic Tongue It was about who-knows-what and you guys were talking about you-guys-know-what-you-were-talking-about-but-I-don't-remember. ;D :Smile Tongue

But that's alright, see, 'cause that's what the off-topic section is for.

Anyway, here we go getting off-topic again. We're cursed! I'll try splitting the topic...

eww... it's split...

Re: Matt's Request - bambigoddess - 14-04-2008 04:52 PM

Yes it is...because by replying to it on the other thread, we were bumping it back up to the top, which was exactly what Matt was requesting we not do.

Therefore, it is split... Wink

Re: Matt's Request - Cassie - 14-04-2008 05:53 PM

I know what Matt's saying, and from now on, I will never go off-topic in any new threads. And I will try to calm down with the ones Ive gone off-topic in so far. It gets hard, but I totally understand your concerns about our off-topicness and I feel terrible for it, I really do. We promise to be good little Simmers now! If I can see that we're strolling off-topic in a certain thread, I'll request we move it to another thread in this section, such as the Nonsense thread or 'Our Room', as I'm sure the others will.

Once again, I sincerely apologise and it will not continue from now on. Wink

Nicely split Bambi, I've never split a topic before Wink

Thanks for understanding guys, I didn't want to come across as being rude as you folks are what makes this forum! It's just also important to remember that this is a Sims forum after all, so it's nice to keep the Sims topics about the Sims!

As for the off topic section, go nuts ;D

Re: Matt's Request - bambigoddess - 14-04-2008 10:55 PM

Hehe, thanks. It pays to be an admin of two forums. Wink

But I do believe I'm the source of most of the randomness, so I am truly sorry.

*Hugs off topic section* Thanks, Matt. Wink

Re: Matt's Request - heather - 14-04-2008 11:03 PM

I agree with Matt, that it is better to stay on topic.
And have silly, way out threads for those that want to play.  ;D

They give me something to laugh about.  ;D

Yay for making Heather laugh! Wink

Sorry to sound like I'm nagging (which, I suppose, I am), but within the actual Sims sections of the forums, it really should stay on topic when possible. Maybe if you start to go off on a tangent, just start a new topic within the 'off topic' forums and post a link to it so the initial topic of conversation can continue? (can I say 'topic' any more time in one sentence?!  ???)

Hope that sounds reasonable and that I'm not coming across too harsh, I'd just like to keep these forums tidy  Wink

Thanks

I apologize Matt
we'll be good!!!
