No, calling for money and that's all is definitely rude, lol
But, if you're really truly good friends you wouldn't let things like that upset you. Unless it's a friend who never calls you any time ever except for that, then I could see being mad. But if they talk to you on a regular and normal basis, but just make a quick call to you for something little here and there, that's no reason to get so angry.

and i don`t do favors for my friend because when i want a favor
she doesn't return the favor

lol I've done that. xD Also, if she deosn't alk to you much anyways, that might not work. You might need to take the first step by contacting her and letting her know it upset you, and why.
