im pretty positive its pleasantville its not the name i would have chosen but im allmost 99% sure unless my dad and people changed the name
oh my backup wasnt an article it was my dad lol

What exactly does your dad do on TS3 project? Questionnaire for the help groups? Character design? etc...

yes indeed, if it's anything like TS2, then you can change the name anyways.

you can change the name to the pre-made neighborhoods in ts2? i didnt know that..how?

On the main menu screen, just click inside the box that says Pleasantview and hit the back space key, then rename it whatever you want.

Ahhh teens.
It seems like forever when I was once one(though it was only four years ago heehee) I almost don't know what I want for them.
I think they should def throw in some "stuff" from teen stuff pack of course with more things.
More teen focused traits will be nice (we may have 10 for teens and 10 for kids since we only have 60 so far out of 80)
More family/friend interactions would be nice.
I want to see them be able to only do certain things or have certain conversations with their friends, siblings, parents, and enimies, even strangers.
They should be able to act in a "teen" manner.
Like in ts2 they were able to give each other nuggies and such, and teens shouldn't be able to do all grown up things lol.
I sooo want teens to be able to act their own typical way, as well as be individuals, not every teen wants or acts emo or shy etc.
I also think they should be maturity levels based or responsibility or traits.
For ex:
Family oriented teens could pick up their siblings after school.
A committment issued traited teen shouldn't get the car keys or be all that responsible for their siblings because they can never remember to pick them up!
I think that traits should be allowed to be issued as a birthday gift or a stage of maturity like picking asperations in ts2.
I don't think children want to "grow up" any longer, they want control of their own destiny.

yeah i want all age groups to have seperate interactions or at least use them differently.
and yeah maturity levels should definately differ..some teens should live careless and carefree and some should be driven to succeed.

I don't think you can have one without the other - well, you can, but it's not a good idea. It kinda sends the wrong message, and I don't think it'd have any real advantages.
