But anyway, are memories gonna be a big part of thi sgame, cause if they are First woohoo should be in the basegame, and not have a simple woohoo memory to follow it. It always makes thing un-neat.

Anyhoo, I think there should be different ways of WooHooing and/or some Sims should be better at it than others.

Plus, Sims who have slept with more people have better experience. So the more Sims you sleep with the better you are. But some Sims should be naturally bad and some should be naturally good. 8)

I know what they could do!
In a fame or SUPERHEROES ep, they could have a stardom or crime fighting performance meter, and that could affect woohoo subtely.... It could be one of those things that hardcore fans will only find out just before The Sims 4. lol.
