Why your paperback copy?
=S Haha, I keep all my paperback secure in a box on top of my wardrobe, along with a few hardback editions - these are my very original copies I got when I was little, some are second editions so very early. I daren't damage them! =P
When I was 14 a few months before DH came out, I wanted to do a reread but didn't want to damage my originals, so my mum bought me the hardbook collection in a fancy 'lil box for Christmas. I always use these copies of the books to reread now.
Well, I have my books all stacked and ready to go. I have them stacked in order and they're in my room now, in the corner, just tempting me to start reading, haha.
It just so happens that my mum bought me To Kill A Mocking Bird today [found this extremely odd as it was mentioned in a thread somewhere here about book recommendations I think], and shockingly I have never read that book, hehe. Don't spoil it for me if you have read it [not that I ever thought you would]! I'll be reading that inbetween reading Harry Potter. It's handy that we're only reading 3 chapters this week then, so I can finish the book by the end of the week.
But yes, yes, we begin tomorrow! So, do we all just report back here on Sunday, chapters read and ready to discuss? XD During the week, before we get to discussing, we could use this thread to discuss other things from our list of ideas? (=

Haha, exactly. I have one official reading set that I don't mind messing up because they're paperbacks and they're not first edition copies or anything. That's why I have to find my paperbacks. I think I packed them in my carry-on for when I went to Sheffield a few weeks ago, but I can't seem to find the bag now. XD
Maybe we can check in before Sunday, because isn't there a chance we may finish the 3 chapters early? Then we could decide to read a few more, if that's the case. If not, then yes, Sunday works. And we could always discuss other things along the way, of course.
