i think that if the game will not be out in the next 12 months then ea will have a serious case of angry fans

yes they will and i'll be one of them. don't see why they'd give us info this soon if it's only going to be released in 2010. although it did also happen to spore.

I will be. If it's supposed to come out between Feb and April, that's 6 to 8 months away, 12 months is double what we expect to be waiting, and after what WB just did to us HP fans, I will really be crushed and I'm not going to be pleasant to be around.

EA, to me now, you are like saints and I love you. Please don't do a dirty trick like WB did, remain loyal to your fans and stick with early 2009, and I will be your fan for life. {yes}

I'm mad at WB, but I'm not gonna buy TS3 as soon as it comes out.

i really hope it's early '09 but they haven't actually said it'll be early '09 they just said '09
some people have even speculated it'll only be out next summer meaning in about 10-12 months
'10 is like 16 months away and i think that if fans will have to wait 2 years betweeb the time the game was announced and the time they play the game they will be angry
however i don't think that ea would have announced the game if it was alot more than a year away meaning it'll probebly be out arround march

Actually they have done that before. Spore was announced in 2005 if i remember right and it's only being released next month.

I think thats a rarity though. I don't think this will happen with Sims. After the delay with Spore, they would have learned their lesson and made sure not to set the official site live without knowing they were going to hit their target for release date.
