Sims Deluxe Edition crisis
My sim is coughing and sneezing. I read on another website that that means he's dying.[glow=green,2,300]What do I do?[/glow]

Re: Sims Deluxe Edition crisis
He probably just has a cold.
Give him some coffee and let him relax for a while.

Yeah.
But if they don't have Seasons, how could the sim have a cold? :-\
Also try to keep other sims away from him cuz sickness spreads waaaayyy too easily in sims!

Re: Sims Deluxe Edition crisis
Actually, it's quite realistic in that aspect. Wink

But...Sims can get colds even without Seasons. Just so you know...

Re: Sims Deluxe Edition crisis
Without the patch, Sims can get "colds" without Seasons. I don't think they call it a cold, though. They just act ill for a bit. Then they shape up.

Re: Sims Deluxe Edition crisis
I think it is called a cold, which moves onto flu if your Sim doesn't 'relax.'

And also, my Sim died from coughing to death, too. I was shocked. Sad

Anyway, to answer the OP's question (even though it has already been answered several times), no, your Sim is not dying. Just make him relax for several hours (or days) and he should be right as rain. Wink

Re: Sims Deluxe Edition crisis
I don't have seasons installed, and my sims come home with "Soandso is sick with the flu! He/She better get lots of rest." Even back when all there was, was the base game, sims could get sick.
