It's currently airing it's 3rd Season here, and this song was from the first Episode in this Season. It's meant to be a Parody of Lady GaGa - No Pants, if you can't guess, but a YouTuber has taken the song and edited it along to scenes of Miley Cyrus. Sorry to the MC/HM Lovers, but I just found this hilarious...
