I may get my little girl cousin into it next time she comes over. She's nine. She may or may not understand it...idk. I got the gameplay when I was 11 or 12, when TS1 came out. If not, I'll give it to my college buddy, or keep it, and bring it to the university, where I may meet someone else and get them into it.

My cousin doesn't come over but once in the blue moon, when he is mad at my other cousins, or when he can't contact any of them to have fun.

Last time he called, I told his to screw himself. That's plain wrong of him. He can't find someone to have fun with, so he calls me. I'm not a mean person, but that's called being used. Not inviting me to NONE of his birthday parties or nothing, never calling me, but once he's bored and have no choice...there they all come.

But he comes over probably once every 5 months...and he lives like 10-12 blocks away.

well how about the ones who ask to borrow a game...my friend loves the sims too..abd I had her borrow some of my sims games..and never saw it again...she won't be sein the sims3 when I get it...shes on her own...I might let her come play it at my house..cuz I do like to watch others play sometimes

yes, I like to play with other people (it's been mainly with my brother) just to laugh at the funny things sims do or what we make them do. With the personality traits we are going to have fun with that.

Suggie: As far as a nine year old understanding the sims I don't think that would be a problem. She wouldn't understand everything, especially the woohoo (which is probably good at her age) but she would probably enjoy the virtual dollhouse part like dressing the sim up and having it go on a date and making it a pretty home and stuff. I bet the nine year old would enjoy it.

I had nightlife and university and let my cousin borrow it, since I had freetime. He lost them. {cursing} So if it wasn't for him, I would be playing every EP except AL, OFB, and Bon Voyage...which I really don't care much for anyways.

And yeah, she may understand that part. And it's good about the woohoo...though she probably knows...where I live, kids as little as 4 years old know. Like one time, my gecko laid eggs, this bad girl said, "Which gecko did she do it with?" I was appalled!!! I didn't learn about that stuff till I was 6, because my cousin wouldn't let our barbies have babies the kiddy way (baby magically appears.)

It took the fun out of Barbies for a while and it ruined it for me.

I would love my kids to stay as dumb and stay children for as long as they can.

haha, my mom did let us stay kids for as long as possible, I didn't learn until I was like ten. But ya, little kids these days definitely know that stuff. My cousin's younger sister is like 5 and she knows that stuff. I don't know if that sort of thing is good but it's how it happens.

I just can't wait to actually get the sims, it's going to be good, and nobody will be allowed to touch that game or take it out of my sight, I couldn't bear to have it lost.

I was thinking of just letting my brother play (much after I've had most of my use) and watch him play it. Ill probably show my mom a few funny things they can do. Shed not really into games but she will watch if I ask her to. My bro only comes by the house a few times a year. I also want to send my cousins in VA the regular game since I turned them onto it. The only way I would is if they ask for a better computer lol. The one there had such bad graphics and no sound. It hardly ran ts2.

I am avoiding social contact when that game comes out.

If no one's dying, then I'm not getting off that game.

haha, ya, I will be a social recluse the day it comes out...unless of course they want to help/watch me play it Smile

My brother and I will probably play it and test all the funny things we can do with the sims and have fun making weird sims or the "perfect" sim that can't stand the slob next door. Oh the joys of simming!

I showed my 8 year old niece the game off the internet..she said she wanted to play too..and she kept askn me to show her more videos...lol..I might let her play...she seems mature enough to play it...she plays dolls everyday mite as well let her try the game..

The only person interested in TS3 is my friend...and so is my cousin, but none of them won't be able to play it.

My cousin's game takes a half hour to load...and I'm not lying. Then he's talking about being patient. We watched a whole TV show and it wasn't done loading.

I am so glad that there are no other simmers in my house. When my brother didn't have his own computer and game system, he would go on my stuff when I wasn't home. And he was so rude at it too...leaving on my systems and eating on crap. So I had to start hiding the controllers and putting passwords on my computers.

I really want a laptop for those places I can't take the game with me. Like if I go out of town...I would so die.
