I would be more than happy to volunteer for testing also.  I do agree though, with the fact that they should take their time and make sure that the game they release is alot less buggy and more superior than what they have previously released.  I no longer go out and buy the games right away like I use to; instead I wait for a few months, for the patches to come out for those games.

I've had a lot of bugs. The most annoting one was when I installed Seasons. I lost all my tombstones in the home neighborhood of one of my neighbourhoods. The rest of the game was fine, though. That was really sad for me, because I had JUST watched all my first gen elders for that neighborhood die before installing Seasons.

January would be awesome. As long as I've waited for Spore, four months will be sufficient time for me to play that, get sick of it, and start on The Sims 3.

I still buy them right away. I just make sure to make back-ups of everthing before installing expansion packs, lest something goes horribly wrong.

They might try and finish it for Christmas '08. Think of the sales! That's what they want. But I don't mind much. I'm leaning mostly towards Spring '09. Which would be cool, because my 16th birthday would be in April so it would be close to that! I wan't them to put time and effort into making this a fantastic game, though, so I'm prepared to be patient... for now.

I never had ANY problems with the game, but I agree with you. I just hope its like january 2009!!

early 2009/late 2008 would be my guess..... I'm hoping for around march 2009 or june 2009 b/c summer! that or dec. 2008 4 christmas!
