"Hehe, nice joke Ruby." Sapphire giggled, splashing the water at Topaz.
"Uh, Ruby?" Sapphire added, a weird feeling at the pit of her stomach.
"I don't think she's okay!" Amethyst gasped, glaring into the water to see any waves or splashes.
"I'll check!" Diamond chirped up, trying to go underneath, but being held back by Topaz.
"It's too dangerous for a girl of your age to go down that low." She replied.
Sapphire bravely went under, and searched for minutes. "Augh, I can't see any...Help!" Sapphire screeched, twirling in the water before dissapearing.
"No wonder we didn't use this pool, c'mon!" Amethyst shouted, as everyone climbed out.
"We need to go back in!" Emerald screamed, looking in. Suddenly, a hand blue hand grabbed her and pulled her down. "Water Nymphs!" Diamond yelled.
Topaz and Amethyst looked at eachother, then jumped in.

The farther Sapphire swam, the odder things got. At one point, she thought she was upside down and swimming to the surface. Sapphire strangely didn't feel out of breath. However; her powers didn't allow her to breathe water too long. She kept swimming down until she saw a light. Now she was sure she reached the surface... Of the pool? When her  head came above the water, she looked around. She was in a cave, sort of. The walls, ceiling, all a rocky dome. There was a small tunnel with a ledge near her, on it was wet footprints. Bingo. Sapphire swam to the ledge, and began to run through the dark tunnel.

Amethyst and Topaz held hands;
not that they wanted to, but because both were too afraid of getting lost if they let go. They wondered why they could breathe in the water. It was a strange feeling, but they continued swimming. And that's when they lost their sense of direction. Which way is up?  They swam faster, scared of their surroundings. What happened to the small pool? Amethyst and Topaz noticed a small light, and kept swimming in the direction that they thought was down. One they looked around they cave, they both sat on the ledge.
"Where are we?" Topaz asked.
"Not sure, but... look! Water footprints. Ruby or Sapphire must've been here."
"Let's go...!" Topaz urged. They began to run, quickly down the dark, cold cave.

Ruby hated water. She couldn't stand it at all. She kept the path lit for herself as she traveled through the tunnel, hoping to find something, or someone. She continued walking until the tunnel floor got smoother and she began to walk on pavement. She had found a civilization.

Emerald couldn't see. Her vines couldn't grow in just water, and she was being pulled quickly.
Soon, she was thrown on a cold, rocky ground and she sat there, until three familiar Freakia boys approached her angrily..

[Rena]

"... Uhmm, hiya guys! F-f-fancy seein' you here!" squealed Emerald, pretending to be excited. The boys chuckled and leant in on her. She let out a scream.

Ruby walked for a while. She turned around, but couldnt see anyone, she turned back forward and screamed. Sapphire was standing there, and was screaming too.
"Gosh, you scared me! Where are the others?" said Amber, curiously.
"I dunno, I saw flames in the water, and I knew only you could do that, so I followed you, but I swam away from the others ..." she looked down at the ground, kicking the water in a little puddle. After an awkward silence, a scream was heard.
"Woah, that sounds like Emerald, I think the others are in trouble!" said Ruby, nodding.
"Let's go, then all of us can go home!" replied Sapphire, and they began to follow the screams.

Topaz and Amythest were on land still holding hands. Diamond was behind them, and she called out.
"Are you two gonna get married one day?" she questioned. They gave eachother weird looks, and then realised what she was talking about. They let go, and stared to walk.
"Oh yeah, and we're gonna have 27 cats..." replied Amythest, sarcasticly.
"Woah! I LOVE cats! Can I visit regularly?" yelled Diamond excitedly, and she was pretending to pat a kitten in her arms. Topaz rolled her eyes, and saw a trail of burnt plants.
"Emerald, you should fix this, and Sapphire, maybe water them? I reckon Ruby's been here." she stared, and turned around to talk to them. They all soon saw that they wern't there.
"This is horrible..." said Topaz.
"This is great!" yelled Amythest.
"Why would you say that?! They're our friends!" angrily replied Topaz, frowning.
"No, I mean may they found Ruby! We should follow the trail of burnt plants, really..." The three of them all ran across the dry, sandy land.

Sapphire and Ruby dashed down the cave, their bare feet made squelching noises.
Ruby's scarlet ponytail bobbed behind her in the cool breeze, while Sapphire's long hair rustled.
"It seems to go on forever, how are we supposed to find her?" Ruby yelled.
Sapphire leaned on the rocky wall, taking a rest. "I'm sure she-" Sapphire blurted before the wall gave away, making her tumble down into darkness.
"SAPPHIRE!" Ruby screamed, making her way over to the wall. She could hear her friend's faded screams.
"Wait, this is a secret passage, it looks like a slide to where Emerald is!" Ruby shouted, sitting down on the edge. Ruby lied down and felt everything go pass her in a dizzy swirl.
She could feel hot air blow into her face and her hair twisting around.

Meanwhile, Amethyst, Topaz and Diamond sauntered over the path, trying to look for any other signs.

[ambz.]

Amethyst, Topaz, and Diamond grew tired following the plants. Pretty soon, the plant trail stopped and the wall was blocked.
"NOW WHAT?" Topaz kicked the wall.
"Let's go home." Diamond whined, her eyes got droopy.
Amethyst touched a small handprint looking shape on the rock, which opened a tiny passage.
"Oh!" Diamond said. "I can fit! I can f-"
"No, who knows what's in there?" Amethyst said, his eyes fixed on the open passage.
"I will! Let me in!" said Diamond.
Diamond let go of Topaz's hand and rushed in.
"HELP!! I'M FALLING!"

As soon as Ruby hit the ground, she knew it was covered in sand.
"Sapphire?" she called, and at that instant, Sapphire fell out of the slide.
"Emerald!" Ruby and Sapphire raced toward her, and Emerald turned unhappily.
Sapphire was the first to notice that Stab, Forks, and Flea were with her. Sapphire put her arm in front of Ruby. Ruby pushed Sapphire's arm and began to walk toward the boys.
"My Queen, what a pleasure it is to see you again!" Stab nastily remarked.
Ruby flexed her hand, and they began to glow red.
"What the--" Ruby gave Stab a fire coated smack while Sapphire explained to Emerald and helped her find a way out. Ruby threatened to burn all three of them before catching up with Emerald and Sapphire.
"Down this hall!" Emerald said. Sapphire and Ruby followed down the hall, with the three Freakia boys following close by.

Diamond fell on the familiar sand.
"I'm at the beach!" She called up the slide, and Amethyst and Topaz squeezed themselves in.

Amethyst and Topaz crashed out of the slide, and landed with a ungraceful bump.
"If you didn't say beach we could of not gotten stuck halfway, the passage was really small." Amethyst muttered, dusting off his swimming shorts. Topaz shook her hair and got up, Diamond was hopping up and down excitedly.
"Cool! This is so awesome, let's make a sandcastle!" Diamond said quickly.
Diamond was about to dash off, but Amethyst grabbed her sharply.
"Your not going anywhere, your too young to go off by yourself!" Amethyst lectured.
"Get off me, I'm old enough!" Diamond said tartly, kicking up the sand so high that it caused a sandstorm.
"My eyes!" Amethyst shouted, rubbing them. "Diamond's gone!" Topaz coughed.
"Why did she have to get my powers?" Amethyst groaned.
"We need to find her!" Topaz shrieked, as they took off.

[ambz.]

Emerald knew the Freakia boys were too close. She turned a sharp corner and used a vine to quickly tie her, Ruby, and Sapphire to the ceiling. The Freakia boys ran right underneath them, but stopped.
"Weren't they here just a second ago?" Forks asked.
"Very suspicious..." Flea agreed.

Suddenly a small white glow approached them.
"Hello?" The voice was girly, and sounded very young.
"It's Diamond..." Sapphire whispered.
Diamond walked to the Freakia boys and looked up.
"Oh, hi you guys!" Diamond laughed. "What are you doing?"
"Dammit." Ruby burned the vines and let them fall onto the ground. Amethyst and Topaz came, and found the girls, being tied up by the Freakia boys.

"Amethyst! Topaz! Help us!" Diamond cried, struggling to get out of the tied rope.
"Oh, it's Storm-Boy and Rock-Girl!" Forks sneered, making the knot tighter.

Flea and Stab chuckled and stepped around the tied up people and walked towards Topaz and Amethyst, who were ready for whatever they planned to do.
Flea made a sudden grab for Topaz, who rolled away and chucked some rock at him.
He ducked and picked up a piece of sharp rock that jutted out of the carvern walls.
Stab tried to sneak up behind Topaz but was bombarded with hail stones.
"Ouch!" Stab yelled, tubmling agaisnt the wall. Flea threw the rock at Amethsyt and it hit him in the jaw.
"Amethyst!" Diamond shouted, as Ruby tried to fire up her hands.
Topaz had crawled along to the ropes while Forks was laughing. Topaz untied them and brought them along the hall.
"What about Amethyst?" Diamond cried, shaking a little. "He can manage." Topaz whispered, pulling them around the corner.

[Rena]

Emerald, Ruby, and Sappire stood behind the Freakia boys, as they were attcking the others. Emerald sumonded her vines, as they wrapped themselves around the boys ankles, and began the throw them around mid-air. Everyone let out a huge chuckle. Though, it stopped when they knew they couldn't climb up the bit slide.
"Hurry, my vine's will stop soon! They're too fat!" Emerald cried, worrying about her plants. Emerald made a swift movement with her hand, and made more vines to hold them. Sapphire sent gushes of water to them, to soak them.
"Topaz and Emerald, make a ladder that we can climb up with!" cried Diamond, squeezing her brothers leg.
"Smart sister you got there" remarked Ruby. Topaz sent rocks into the wall, and Emerald weaved her vines around. She brought small bush-like trunks for the ladder steps. Amythest pushed Diamond up first, and she quickly climbed, the others all followed closely behind. They were all at the top, and Emerald summoned her plants back from the ladder, and Topaz brought her rocks back and slowly began to make a firm wall ontop of the slide. Ruby burnt the vines holding the boys back. Now the boys were stuck, hopefully. All of the kids ran back, trying to get out of the cave.

They approached the cave entrance, and quickly ran down to the water, avoiding the rocks that fell from the crumbling walls.
Emerald softly jumped into the water, while Topaz helped Diamond in.
Amethyst, Ruby and Sapphire dived in and started to swim powerfully. Diamond kicked the water in a doggie paddle, as Topaz helped her by holding her hands and swimming carefully.
The sun shined ontop of the water as it came into view. Emerald pushed her legs and burst her head through the blue. She grabbed the sides of her hair and striaghtened it down.
Sapphire and the rest of them arrived soon enough. "I'm happy to be out of there!" Ruby chimed, sitting on the water's edge.
Sapphire sat beside her, while Topaz and Emerald ran in to change.
"Did you have enough adventure for one day, Diamond?" Amethyst asked.
"No way, I want to jump right into another one!" She exclaimed.
Sapphire, Ruby and Amethyst groaned.
