I just found out on Yahoo Answers is that you enter it as a regular cheat.

When that box appears type maxmotives.

I haven't tried it out myself though, dunno if it's right.

I tried the code out last night through the window, do you have any problems with your X'es looking funny?

I tried it last night, it worked!.. Umm.. maybe a little off but I think it is just the font!

HAHAHA!! I was making a house.. which I love by the way, I am quite proud of myself... anyways.. I wanted to try maxmotives and so I started playing one of the premade.. I think it was Pleasant... OMG... the father is a hodog!! the girls.. I would think they were twins, they look alike but their personalities and tastes are different... they kept fighting... I mean that is all they did was fight... !!!!!

when boolprop is on u can just shift click on the mailbox --> family --> make all happy. maxmotives in teh box works 2.
