Yeah, I believe so.

I don't believe that they will have pop-ups that tell you that such and such had a baby boy/girl and what do you want to name it.  They might...and it is a chance...but that may also annoy those players that don't care what their name is, especially if there is a lot of sims in the neighborhood, and everyone somehow seems to be in the mating mood.

That would be really nice, but it is easier for them to put in random names.  I hope that they all aren't simple names, like Todd, Ashley, Lisa, Tom...I want some to be good to unique names, like Saria, Jeanne, Russaro, and stuff.

If they do generate names from random, I hope we can add names to the random name list.
